A macro lens sees a very thin slice of focus. So we take several frames at different focus points and merge them into one, which is how a ring or a necklace ends up sharp from front to back.
Metal is the other half of the job. We use flags, diffusers and macro lighting to keep gold and silver smooth and polished, without harsh bright spots or a reflection of the studio. E-commerce stills on white or grey start at $40 a piece.
For the lookbook and the feed, we build styled scenes: pieces on hand or full-body models, on acrylic blocks or with props, up to three setups, from $500. A full collection or a seasonal drop gets volume pricing, photographed in one consistent style.
