An event is over in a few hours, and the photos are what's left of it. We cover it two ways at once: candids of the room as it happens, and posed frames of the people you will want to thank, feature or tag afterwards.
A half day is one photographer for up to four hours, $750, built for a keynote, a panel or a networking hour. A full day is two photographers for up to eight hours, $1,200, so the main stage and the networking floor are covered at the same time.
Send us the run of show before the day: who speaks when, who has to be photographed, and any posed shots you want. We plan the coverage around it.
