Content Dept. is the business name of Altura Media LLC, a Florida company in Oakland Park. For anything about your information, email us at admin@alturaadmin.com.

• The contact form It asks for your name, your email, a phone number if you want to give one, and your message. On the photography pages it can also take the service, package, date and time you have in mind. It comes to our inbox as an email, sent through Resend, an email service. The site does not keep a copy.
• Booking a call It asks for your name, email, company and the time you pick. We save the booking in our database, hosted by Neon, so no one else can take that time, and email it to our inbox through Resend.

We use what you send only to reply to you and to do the work you ask about.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Google things like the pages you view, how you found us, your rough location and the kind of device and browser you use. It does not tell us your name or email. Google handles that data under its own policy: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

To stop Google Analytics on every site you visit, install Google’s opt out browser add-on.

Those are the only cookies the site sets. If you switch the site to dark mode, your browser remembers that on your device; it never reaches us. The site runs on Vercel and our videos stream from Cloudflare, which, like any web host, see basic details such as your IP address in order to load the pages.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Email admin@alturaadmin.com and tell us what to remove. We will delete your messages and bookings and let you know when it is done.

If what the site collects changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
